    • Sports theme parks
    • Event catering and entertainment services
    • Event management services.

GMC Project Development Consultants FZE expedites the process through collating of all required documents included but not limited to:

1. Proposed plan of the event location or play area.
2. Games installation, operation, and maintenance manuals
3. No Objection Certificate (NOC) to conduct the activity or event from the owner of the proposed building or location.
4. Risk assessment plan including an emergency plan for the location in question.
5. Other safety related documents, upon request.

GMC Project Development Consultants FZE will apply for the Play Area permit for customer/client and will guide through the complete process. The Service procedure and Steps are as follows:

• • Login to Dubai Municipality website.
  • Apply for the service.
  • Check Dubai Municipality’s reply through the website (Preliminary Approval/Rejected/To be Amended or Completed) and receive the date of Dubai Municipality inspector’s visit to the event location/play area, if required after receiving the preliminary approval.
  • Receive the permit through Dubai Municipality website, in case of approval and site conformity with the required standards and conditions.
